Measures are often prematurely discussed in marketing, often before it has even been defined which goals are actually to be achieved.

“We need adverts, an online campaign, Facebook page etc. …,” are requests that are very quickly on the table. We’re then happy to rewrite the wish list, as to create effective integrated communication we first of all need the “where” and then the “how”.
